Get measured coverage and source provenance.

Counts and rates describing what Veridion has collected, not what it serves. Every rate names its own numerator and denominator fields inside its own object, so no ratio has to be inferred from two unrelated counts. first_party_verified_rows is a deprecated alias retained at its original value; prefer first_party_verified_rows_including_superseded. Neither is a live-row or served-row count. The legacy House PTR rate is held documents divided by published documents and does not describe the served corpus; use served_rate with its stated rate_basis for that. Accepts no query parameters.
