Get Site Summary Sends

Delivery history for one summary, newest first, including the attempts that deliberately sent nothing.

A customer-side login (ACCOUNT_MANAGER / LOCATION_MANAGER) gets the customer projection: no test sends, no SES message ids, no raw provider error (R6.3).
