Get Camera View Flags Notify Log

Recorded customer e-mails about this site's camera views (both the site's Notify customer and the per-camera notify), newest first, one entry per send: when, who, which cameras, recipient counts. Never addresses. A site outside the caller's scope has an empty history. Older Activity Log rows without verified site snapshots cannot safely be attributed here.
