Undo Event Audit

Take back your own ruling within 10 s (the console's Undo toast): the call goes back to Needs audit. 404 no audit, 403 someone else's ruling, 409 too late, or a ruling someone has since acted on (a lead's review, a dispute) or one that replaced a peer's.
