List Scorecards

List scorecards for a protocol.

Accepts a slug OR a UUID. Tier rules:

  • anonymous / free: returns latest published only, with domain_scores and mvc_gates stripped to None.
  • pro / enterprise: returns full version history with all fields.

Visibility-aware: a non-published protocol resolves to 404 for non-admin callers (a slug can't become a draft-existence oracle).
