Move Sender Account

Re-point a sender_account at a different sender in the same workspace.

Used to merge two duplicate sender rows into one identity — e.g. when the email connect created one sender and the LinkedIn connect created another for the same human. No accounts are recreated; just the parent sender_id changes, so the move is trivially reversible by calling again with the original sender_id.
