Booking decision for one vendor

Anonymous. One call turns a license number into a booking decision: a verdict (CLEAR, CONDITIONAL, REVIEW, or DECLINE), the reason codes behind it, letter-grade evidence, the documents to collect for the event type, and an HMAC-signed receipt for the event compliance file. Identify the vendor by license_number or vendor_id (at least one is required). Letter grades only: the numeric VMScore is never exposed here, and the grade is withheld (verdict REVIEW) when the current DBPR license cannot be confirmed. Receipts do not expire and can be verified any time at /api/v1/decision/verify.

Query parameters

license_numberstring

Florida DBPR license number. Normalized to digits only before matching (prefixes and punctuation stripped). Provide this or vendor_id.

vendor_idstring

Vendor id from the anonymous search results. Provide this or license_number.

event_type'food-truck-night' | 'festival' | 'city-event'

Event context; selects the required-documents list and checklist link in the decision.

The decision, with receipt when signing is configured.
