Calculate Potential Earnings

Calculate how many VenBucks will be earned for a given order subtotal.

This endpoint helps the frontend display potential earnings before checkout. VenBucks are earned based on the order subtotal (after deal discounts, before tax).

Args: order_total_cents: The order subtotal in cents (after deal discounts, before tax)

Returns: - order_total: The input order subtotal - points_to_earn: VenBucks that will be earned - points_value: Monetary value of the points
