Re-classify unknown audit clients by network owner

One-shot: rows logged before client-by-network landed are stuck on unknown/other. Resolve the distinct IPs behind them (geoip, cached + batched) and re-tag datacenter/agent callers by their network owner so the historical client breakdown reflects reality.
