Create an immutable stablecoin attempt

This schema documents the additive stablecoin branch of storefront checkout. Existing fiat gateways remain available. An Idempotency-Key is required. Cookie clients must send x-csrf-token. The address, asset, amount and quote remain fixed; verified finalized receipt confirms the order independently of manual fiat settlement.
