Watch with a watch link

A WebSocket for a guest: edge/presence, edge/snapshot and edge/delta as a signed-in viewer gets them, for the link's vehicle only if it names one. edge/watch and edge/watchVideo work; commands, the lease and receipts answer watch-only. Closed with 4002 when the link ends and 4003 when it already has 100 guests.
