Update data services for a data release.

Update data service distributions for a data release.

This endpoint performs a replacement update of "Data Service" distribution entries. All existing "Data Service" distributions will be removed and replaced with the provided data services. Other distribution types (Globus Guest Collection, Data File, etc.) are preserved and not affected.

An empty array may be passed to remove all existing data services.
