List Actions

Returns actions ordered by priority, with critical first. Status, priority, and limit affect only data; counts summarizes all matching action types, while the run-impact totals in summary cover every action matching the filters, counting each eval run once.

Per status, per priority, and total, for the source_id and action_type scope; status, priority, and limit do not narrow it.

summaryobject

total, open, critical, high for the same scope as counts, plus run impact across every action matching the filters (not only the limited data). failed_requests counts individual failed fetches. The run counts are unique eval runs, each counted once even when several actions share it: affected_runs hit any issue, failed_evaluations also had a failed eval outcome, and recovered_runs hit an issue but passed. affected_failed_runs is a deprecated alias of failed_evaluations. by_action_type maps each action type to its actions count and the same four fields, with runs counted once within that type; a run can hit several types, so per-type run counts can add up to more than the overall totals.
