Creates a new macro within the specified macro group.

Rate limit: 60 requests per minute

namestring required

The name of the macro.

text_htmlstring required

The HTML content of the macro.

text_typestring

The type of text: "reply", "note", or "email". Defaults to "reply".

request_idstring

The request ID for tracking.
