Get Company Profile Limits

Return effective per-plan limits relevant to a specific company profile.

competitor_upgrade_tier is the plan code (such as "gold") of the next plan that tracks more competitors than the current one, and competitor_upgrade_limit is that plan's cap (null for unlimited). Both are null when no plan tracks more, so the UI offers removal instead.
