The independent pin-set sections on the Overview dashboard.

Each value keys its own ordered :class:OutcomeRef list in the organizations.overview_outcome_refs JSONB dict, so the "sessions" and "monetization" surfaces persist separate pins; the section query param on the cards route selects one.
