Sync Event Definition
Enqueue an on-demand sync run for one event definition.
Validates the definition belongs to the caller's org (foreign/unknown id → 404) and enqueues a single run_event_sync job. 202 with the arq trigger token so the UI can echo it for trace/debug; the runner's write-phase advisory lock serialises the WRITE of any cron tick that overlaps the manual run (pulls may overlap). Rate-limited 2/60s like the attribute-mapping sync-now route.
