List contacts.

attribute_filters is an optional JSON-encoded array of AttributeFilter objects. Each filter is AND-ed: a contact is returned only when it has a contact_attributes row matching every filter (attribute_key + value_type + op against value_number). A contact missing the attribute row never matches — EXISTS semantics — so unmapped contacts are excluded the moment any attribute filter is applied.
