Sync Attribute Mapping

Enqueue an on-demand attribute-sync run for one mapping.

Validates the mapping belongs to the caller's org (foreign/unknown id -> 404) and enqueues a single run_attribute_sync(mapping_id=...) job. 202 with the arq trigger token; the per-mapping lease inside the runner serialises any overlapping cron tick. Mirrors sync_event_definition; rate-limited 2/60s like /sync-now.
