Delete Strategy

Hard-delete a strategy and its backtest runs.

Refuses with a coded 409 — never a 500 — when the strategy has work in flight or retains history the platform keeps (see _DELETE_RETAINED_HISTORY_SQL above). Archive (POST /v1/strategies/{id}/archive) is the path for those.
