List the repositories reachable through the installed GitHub App that the caller administers, for picking one to link. Without search, each request reads one page of one installation. With search, the server filters by name and description before checking access and keeps scanning later pages and installations within a fixed budget. Follow nextPage until it is null to see every repository.
