List second-degree connections

People connected to one of the authenticated user's first-degree contacts, whom they don't know directly. Requires a user-scoped MCP token; organization API keys are rejected with 403. Coverage is bounded to the warmest first-degree contacts unless viaConnectorId is given — see capped and scannedBridges.
