Get Crow Token
Generate a Crow identity JWT for the authenticated user.
This endpoint:
- Verifies the user is authenticated via Clerk
- Reads verification_secret from .env
- Creates a JWT payload with user info
- Signs it with the secret
- Returns the token for use with window.crow('identify', ...)
