Send Streak Reminders Cron
Changed onCron endpoint to send solo streak loss reminders (iOS Live Activity + Android chronometer).
Sends reminders to users between 9 PM and 10:45 PM local time who:
- Haven't completed their daily quest today
- Have an active streak (streak_count > 0)
- Have a live activity token (iOS) or push token (Android)
- Haven't received a reminder today
Requires x-api-key header for authentication.
