List an embedded form’s responses

The submissions one embedded form collected, newest first: contact details, answers by question key, score, result and hidden values. Pass status: PARTIAL for what visitors answered before leaving (forms with partials.enabled). Agents never see sensitive answers; on a sensitive form the score and result are hidden from them too.
