Accept an invite

Session-only. 404 invite_not_found for an unknown, revoked, expired, or not-addressed-to-this-user invite; 409 member_exists if the caller is already a member (the invite is consumed either way); 403 "account suspended; contact support" if the account is currently suspended — the invite survives, nothing is added.
