Report which Tests chain an ATC ("used in N tests")

Bearer atc:read (or cookie session). Returns the distinct Tests that chain this ATC — each with the positions the ATC occupies — plus a count of distinct Tests, ordered by Test title. Results are confined to the ATC's own workspace (Tests are workspace-scoped) and the caller must be an active member of it. A reachable ATC with no chaining Tests returns count: 0 + an empty used_in (never 404). A nonexistent, archived, or cross-workspace ATC returns a uniform 404 (no existence leak).
