List Tests carrying a tag

Bearer atc:read (or cookie session). Returns the actor's workspace Tests that carry the given tag via a GIN containment match. Results are restricted to the actor's active workspace memberships — caller scope is ignored, cross-workspace Tests never leak. Zero matches return { items: [] }, never a 404. The MVP exposes single-tag filtering only.

Query parameters

tagstring required

Required. The single tag to filter by. Normalized like stored tags (reserved tags lowercased), so Smoke matches smoke. An unused tag returns an empty list, never a 404.
