Get monthly billing summary with resource details

Returns a billing summary grouped by resource, including billing detail changes during the specified month. The API user must have permission to read billing details.

Billing month.

Query parameters

Username for an account.

Return the billing summary for this account instead of the calling account. Requires Partner API access and an existing association with the account.

Return details only for this resource UUID or IP address.
