Create Correction

Correct one answer: the owner door. See create_correction_impl.

get_user is required rather than incidental: this spends model tokens, and an unattributed spend on an authenticated surface is not something to leave possible. Ownership of the TARGET is proved separately, by corrections.resolve_targets — get_domain authorises the domain and says nothing about the ids in the body.
