Delete a campaign

Archive a campaign that's in draft or a terminal state (sent, canceled, failed): it leaves the list and is permanently deleted after 30 days. Restore it before then with PATCH { "archived": false }. A campaign that's mid-flight can't be archived — stop it first with Cancel a campaign. Requires the campaigns:write capability.
