Resolve a recording and its transcript availability
Lightweight, public CORS endpoint. Pass exactly one identifier. Asset and player IDs are unique; canonical entry IDs may return multiple matches because several WebTV assets can redirect to the same Kaltura media. Valid unknown identifiers return an empty matches array and a safe Transcripts landing-page generationUrl.
