VAT Validation
GET /api/vat/validate/status
Availability of the VAT registries behind /api/vat/validate. Available on every plan and NOT counted against any daily quota (a valid API key is still required; limited to 30 requests/minute per key). Returns the European Commission VIES per-member-state availability (cached 5 minutes) and which registries are enabled. Use it to explain an "unavailable" validation result or to defer checks for a member state whose system is down.
