GET /api/macro/inflation/history

Monthly CPI inflation history (year-on-year % change) for ONE country (free tier — counts against the normal daily request quota). Many series go back to the 1950s or earlier (US from 1914). country accepts an ISO country code or a currency code. Dates accept YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD (the month is used). API key for authentication (Pro tier required)

countrystring required

One ISO country code (JP) or currency code (JPY, EUR)

start_datestring

YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD (default: start of the series)

end_datestring

YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD (default: current month)

format'json' | 'xml' | 'csv' | 'tsv'

The format of the response (optional).

callbackstring

The name of the JSONP callback function (optional). Only used when format is 'json'. Must be alphanumeric with underscores.
