Start a browser session that runs on the user's own machine

The agent drives the browser (open/snapshot/act/finish), but it runs locally through the CLI's unbrowse browse --local — the user's own browser, session and IP. What it learns is kept private to the workspace and is never shared to the public registry (the user's machine is not a trusted recorder). This is a CLI capability; a hosted MCP client cannot reach a local browser.
