Stripe Webhook

付款结果回调。不走登录，只验签；两个地址是同一个处理函数 （/payment/webhook 与同账户另一个产品的路径同形）。

签名不对 → 400。签名对了之后一律 200：这个收款账户还有别的产品在用，它的事件也会送到这里， 不是本产品的就忽略——回 4xx / 5xx 会让对方不停重试，重试多了还会停用这个地址。
