Handbook Card Guide

导览页要的那份文档：内容与上一个接口相同，但按「看一张导览」计费（2026-10-05）。

场景导览、完整卡片细读两页的互动内容打在前端包里，页面只向后端要这一份文档。此前它取的是 /handbook/cards/{id}，于是打开导览只按看卡算；导览页改取这里，导览的价格与名额才落得到它身上。 计费里的「导览」只有这一种——实战指南（/guides/{id}）不收费。
