Submit verification via session (mobile)

Complete a verification using a session token. When validate-document and validate-selfie already processed the document and the selfie for this session, this request needs no images at all and returns immediately. Otherwise send the selfie and liveness capture (and, unless validate-document processed them, the ID document images). Images included in this request always take precedence over what the session carries.
