Get real-time rate limit and quota status

Returns your current rate limit status (requests this minute vs. limit) and the number of requests made today. Paid tiers have no daily limit: limits.requestsPerDay and remaining.requestsToday are -1, and the monthly allowance can be used at any pace. Use before making bulk requests to avoid hitting the per-minute limit.
