Get Merkle Proofs for Wallet

Retrieve Merkle proofs for a wallet address across multiple streams.

The endpoint returns proofs for the latest snapshot with a committed root hash for each stream.
The proofs can be used to claim rewards on-chain.

**Caching Strategy:**
1. Check local in-memory LRU cache (LRU eviction ensures memory stays bounded)
2. If not in cache, check Redis
3. If not in Redis, rebuild from database
4. Validate root hash matches the database value
