Get Vault Historical LP Counts

Get the LP-count time-series of the opportunities behind a vault: active and cumulative participated holders of its receipt tokens, both restricted to distributor-sourced positions and over every holder. Buckets are aligned inwards to the step, which defaults to 900 seconds and must be a positive multiple of it. A vault with no receipt tokens or no metrics answers 200 with an empty series.
