Eliminar Customer Collection Account

Elimina la Customer Collection Account de un Customer para que deje de usarse en cobros.

Omitir subscription elimina la cuenta que no está asociada a ninguna Subscription; enviarlo elimina la de esa Subscription. La eliminación es lógica: la cuenta queda marcada con su fecha de eliminación.

Responde 404 cuando no existe una cuenta vigente para esa combinación de Customer y Subscription.

Id del Customer dueño de la cuenta.

subscriptionstring

Id de la Subscription a la que aplica la cuenta. Si se omite, apunta a la cuenta que no está asociada a ninguna Subscription.
