List alert rules (subscriptions)

Each rule is org-wide (scope_app_id null) or scoped to one app, with the configured and effective threshold. Requires the Indie plan.

Response

Alert rules: { id, type, scope_app_id, threshold, effective_threshold, countries, cadence, enabled, created_at }. cadence is a new_review rule's email timing (instant/hourly/daily; null = daily digest)
