Stream Session

Stream session status updates via Server-Sent Events.

Sends an initial event immediately, then pushes updates whenever the status changes (~1 s poll interval). The stream closes automatically on truly terminal statuses (payment-success, expired, cancelled, abandoned) or client disconnect.
