Delete a file

Deletes a file you uploaded, and its bytes. Runs that already used it keep their results, and their input still names the deleted ID. A file that points at a run's result, such as one made from an output to pass to another model, loses only its file ID: the run keeps its result. Answers 409 file_in_use while a run that hasn't finished takes the file, or while it is someone's saved photo.

Needs an API key with the generations:write scope.
