Create Custom Character

Create a custom character from a free-form description (costs 1 credit).

Triggers a background Celery task that:

  1. Calls LLM to generate structured character fields from description
  2. Generates an AI portrait image
  3. Appends the character to the user's existing characters
  4. Deducts 1 credit

Returns a task_id for polling via GET /personas/status.
