Generate Keyword Plan

Start Google Ads keyword strategy generation (async, pro users only).

Triggers a background Celery task that:

  1. Gathers company profile data and competitor names
  2. Sends an enriched prompt to GPT-5.1 with web search
  3. Stores the resulting keyword plan in the database

Returns a task_id for polling via GET /google-ads/status.
