Validate Company Description

Validate that company description is meaningful, not gibberish, and not harmful.

Uses:

  1. OpenAI Moderation API to check for harmful/inappropriate content
  2. GPT-4o-mini to check if the description is coherent and meaningful

If moderation flags ANY category as True, the user should be moved to waitlist. This blocks nefarious businesses (escorts, illegal services, etc.) from using the platform.

This endpoint does NOT require authentication so it can be used during the onboarding flow before registration is complete.
