Authorize Download Access

Authorize an original image download for the authenticated user.

Subscribed or AppSumo users have unlimited downloads. Unsubscribed users are also unlimited unless LIMIT_UNSUBSCRIBED_DOWNLOADS is enabled, in which case they consume from a configurable free-download allowance.
