Get the authenticated user's notification config

Returns the authenticated user's per-site automated-report subscription state. Today this only exposes the end-of-day summary preference — whether the calling user is currently a recipient of the daily end-of-day email for the site.

The site is resolved from the request authentication context; no site_id query parameter is required. Sub-resources under /shop/my-notification-config toggle individual subscriptions.
